We had a very good turnout on October 18 for the Peaceful Prayer Vigil that is held each October during the 40 Days For Life. Fourteen of our parishioners prayed from 9AM until 4PM in front of Planned Parenthood on Watertown Avenue in Waterbury. We were joined by others from St. Patrick’s Church, the Basilica, and St. John’s in Watertown. Kathy Upson, the Campaign Leader, also stopped by to give us her support. We prayed a Pro-Life Rosary every hour as well as prayers to protect the innocent babies in the womb. Each year our presence is helping to build a culture of life in our society!
