Youth Formation Class Registration is now open!

Please submit your online registration no later than Friday, September 8th. Respectfully, registrations received after September 8th will incur a late fee of $25, per child.
Please send payment to: St. Anthony Youth Formation, Andrea Brown 4 Union City Road Prospect, CT 06712 (Your payment can be mailed in, dropped off, or placed in the offertory basket at Mass, in a sealed envelope)
Are you registered as a Parish family member at St. Anthony Church? If you are not a registered member of St. Anthony Parish, please click here to download our Parish Registration form and return to our Parish Offices ASAP. All families must be registered to participate in our Youth Formation Program.

Faith Formation at St. Anthony Church is Accessible!
God made us to know Him, love Him, serve Him, and be happy with Him in heaven. We are all children of God, made in God’s image. Everyone has a unique capacity to know and love God. The sacraments are for all of God’s children. If you have a child with special needs, St. Anthony Faith Formation will make every effort to help your child receive instruction and to receive the sacraments.
