Youth Formation Class Registration is now open!

Please submit your online registration no later than Monday, August 15th. Registrations received on August 16th and later will incur a $25 late fee, per child. 

• Registration fees are as follows:
  • Grades 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9: $80
  • Grades 3 & 10 (Sacramental years): $125

• To participate in our Faith Formation program, families are required to be registered in our parish.
  • Parish Registration forms can be downloaded here and returned to the Parish Office with your payment.
  • If wanting to join our parish family, we require proof of all sacraments made outside of Saint Anthony Church.
